Measured B cell receptor (BCR) signaling following stimulation by full length polyclonal and monoclonal a-BCR antibodies as well as a-BCR F(ab')2 antibody fragments. The a-BCR reagents were specific for IgM or IgG heavy chain isotype. Ramos cells (IgM isotype) were studied.
