"This website presents information on approved jurisdictional determinations (JDs) made by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Clean Water Act since August 28, 2015. Users are able to search, sort, map, view, and download approved JDs from both agencies using different search parameters (e.g., by year, State, watershed).
