Optical Mapping Raw Data for Bioelectric Suture Delivery on Langendorff Rat Heart

This repository provides proof of concept data for deliverability of bioelectric thread through a suturing approach directly into the a Langendorff perfused healthy rat heart. Identified challenges include cell shearing from thread during suturing, despite its ability to remain functionally conductive.
