Dataset and Supplementary Materials for: Authority Gradient and Safety Challenge Behaviour in Naval Cadets — A Comparative Study of Real-Ship and Simulator Contexts

De-identified dataset (n = 70 naval cadets) and supplementary materials supporting the manuscript "Authority Gradient and Safety Challenge Behaviour in Naval Cadets: A Comparative Study of Real-Ship and Simulator Contexts," submitted to the WMU Journal of Maritime Affairs. Includes: raw CMAQ (Authority Gradient Scale) responses, Behavioral Observation Checklist scores (Scenario A and B), group/instructor assignment records, and a reproducible Python script cross-validating all reported statistical analyses. All participant identifiers have been replaced with non-identifying Cadet ID codes; no names or other personally identifying information are included in this deposit.
