Heparin blocking to prevent non-specific CyTOF antibody binding by eosinophils

To demonstrate that human blood eosinophils non-specifically bind to CyTOF Maxpar antibodies following fixation and permeabilization of whole blood samples, and that this non-specific binding can be prevented by blocking with heparin.
