Comparative transcriptome analysis between rootstock and scion in tomato/potatografting system

One potato (St, Solanum tuberosum L. ) and a tomato cultivar (Sl, Solanum lycopersicum L.) was selected as rootstock and scion. Then three grafting combinations were performed, namely, one heterograft, Sl was grafted on St (Sl/St), and two self-graft.
