Seismic Arrival-Time, Gravity, and Derived 3-D Crustal Models for the Aseismic Zone in the Southern Central Range of Taiwan (2012–2020)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the manuscript “Exploring the Geological Structures in the Aseismic Zone of Taiwan.” It contains the seismological and gravity datasets, together with the derived three-dimensional crustal models, used to investigate the aseismic zone beneath the southern Central Range of Taiwan. The dataset includes earthquake arrival-time data used for seismic tomography, compiled gravity observations used for density inversion, and the final three-dimensional Vp, Vs, Vp/Vs, and density models obtained through a sequential inversion workflow. The study integrates relocated earthquake data and gravity measurements to image crustal structure and to explore the lithologic, thermal, and fluid-related controls on aseismic behavior and tectonic tremor occurrence in southern Taiwan. The seismological dataset is based primarily on earthquake catalog and manually picked arrival-time data used in the tomographic inversion. The gravity dataset consists of compiled Bouguer gravity observations collected from multiple sources. The derived model products include the final gridded velocity and density models used in the interpretation and figure generation. This repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reusability of the published results. File-level descriptions, formats, and variable definitions are provided in the accompanying README file. Users should note that this repository contains processed research data and derived model products prepared for publication. Access to original raw seismic waveform data and certain source datasets may be subject to the policies of the original data providers.
