Transcriptomic analysis of mouse neutrophils stimulated with scabies mite body proteins

This project investigates the transcriptional responses of BALB/c mouse neutrophils following stimulation with scabies mite body proteins. Neutrophils were treated under defined experimental conditions, and total RNA was extracted for high-throughput RNA sequencing. The resulting transcriptomic data were used to characterize immune-related gene expression changes induced by mite-derived proteins.
