This repository contains GWAS summary statistics for G4 (g4_GWAS_Sumstats_Cleaned.txt) and G6 (g6_GWAS_Sumstats_Cleaned.txt), which are part of the paper titled "Dynamics of cognitive variability with age and its genetic underpinning in NIHR BioResource Genes and Cognition cohort participants".

The columns are as follows:
SNP: rs identifier for the SNP
CHR: chromosome (GRCh37 build)
BP: base pair (GRCh37 build)
A1: effect allele
A2: reference allele
FREQ: effect allele frequency
INFO: imputation information
P: p-value
BETA: effect size of effect allele
SE: standard error
N: sample size
