A complex gene network defines the floral induction and differentiation in Olea europaea L

Here, we lead to identify differential expressed genes during the switch from the vegetative to the reproductive phase of the lateral buds in the olive tree. The aim of our study is to highlight the differences in transcripts abundance between buds collected from heavy loaded branches and unloaded branches, both July and March.
