Supporting data for Mechanisms underlying abnormal inner ear development caused by the Sox9Y440X campomelic dysplasia mutation

The data are experimental documents generated during the PhD study. It includes sinlge-cell transcriptomic data on E14.5 cochlea and E10.5 otic vesicle on both the wild type and Sox9Y440X/+ mouse mutant. Confocal and bright-view images were also included.
