Technical inspection missions with purchase orders over 4 years.

The contract concerns the initial checks to be carried out prior to any works, the technical checks to be carried out during the works and the final checks. These missions are ad hoc and linked to the work carried out by the Directorate for Studies, Works and Major Projects and the Directorate for Technical Services and the Environment of the City. The services requested must comply with approved French or European standards or any other standards applicable in France under international agreements or, in accordance with the provisions of Article R 2111-9 of the Public Order Code, comply in an equivalent manner with the specifications resulting from these various documents. This is a public contract for the provision of services on order forms, with no annual minimum and no annual maximum number of orders, without reopening competition when the order forms are awarded and awarded under the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Maximum total annual order amount:30 000 € H.T. Maximum total amount of orders over four years:120 000 € H.T. It is concluded for an initial period of one year, renewable three times by express means for the same period. The maximum overall duration of the contract is 48 months
