(1) Number of CDS (orthologs) found in the large chromosome (CI) of one leptospire that are also found in the large chromosomes of the other four leptospiral large chromosomes. (2) Number of CDS (orthologs) found in the small chromosome (CII) of one leptospire that are also found in the small chromosomes of the other four leptospiral large chromosomes.
