This is the dataset for our paper titled "Anterior forebrain pathway in parrots is necessary for producing learned vocalizations with individual signatures". Data is in Matlab .mat struct array format, including the raw audio signals. Data for reproducing Figure 2 is in the ColonyNoiseCalls subfolder. Data for reproducing Figure 3-5 is in the acoustiSAT_MAO.mat file.
