Ground-Truth and Pseudo-Label Segmentation Masks for Bone Scan Metastases Detection and Biomarker Quantification

Ground-truth manual segmentation masks and pseudo-label segmentation masks for whole-body bone scintigraphy images, covering 12 skeletal regions (skull, cervical vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae, ribs, sternum, clavicle, scapula, humerus, lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, pelvis, femur). Manual annotation masks were produced using IbisPaintX, supervised by nuclear medicine physicians at the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Theranostics, Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Pseudo-label masks were generated by an Efficient-BtrflyNet model applied to the BS-80K dataset (Huang et al., 2022). Masks are provided as grayscale PNGs (label indices) and RGB-colored PNGs for visualization.
