In a survey conducted in Australia in 2022, around 40 percent of respondents indicated that the product they were most likely to consider buying secondhand was office furniture. Over 75 percent of consumers also indicated they would use business-led resale programs, allowing them to sell products back to the retailer, as well as donate items to other customers in need.
