Data and R code for: Blandino et al. 2021 - Plant reproductive traits in old and recently-restored temperate forest understories

The following data, associated with the article "Blandino et al. 2021 - Plant reproductive traits in old and recently-restored temperate forest understories", are available: 1) "species.abundance.data" . Original species abundance data from 40 forest plot 2) "seed.germination.data" . Original seed germination data from the understory species collected in the forest plots 3) "incubator.temperatures". Original data on temperatures recorded inside the incubators during the germination experiments. 4) "plant.regeneration.data". Data matrix od 18 plant regeneration traits from original measurements (seed width, embryo to endosperm ratio, time to 50% germination, final germination proportion, lag between radicle and cotyledon emergence); literature review (seed dormancy type, cold and warm stratification requirements, germination response to light, and effective germination temperature, month of flowering, clonality); and the TRY database (www.try-db.org, Kattge et al., 2011, plant height, seed dry mass, seed number per plant, seed terminal velocity and seed longevity in the soil). 5) The R script used to perform the analysis. <br><br><br>
