ATAC-seq data of Day-21 WT and Mtr4-null oocytes

To investigate the global chromatin accessibility in Day-21 oocytes after Mtr4 deletion, ATAC-seq experiments were performed with 50 oocytes per sample. WT and Mtr4-null oocytes were extracted and duplicates were conducted. Each sample was sequenced 8G using nova6000 platform.
