Each data entry contains the PMC identifier, cleaned abstract, cleaned full body text, as well as metadata fields including PubMed ID (PMID), DOI, article title, journal title, electronic publication date (stored as a string, which may be a full date, year-month pair, or a single year), author list, article type, and license type. The dataset only includes a training split, with a total of 1,884,517 examples, focusing on the biomedical and scientific paper domain, and all content is in English.
