Data for SCFT calculations in Membrane fission via transmembrane contact

The data herein correspond to lipid configurations during the fission of membrane tubes. Calculations were done using self-consistent field theory. These data were generated using the given code. Each data folder contains several sets of files, arranged as follows: vtk files: rhoA*.vtk - monomer densities for lipid tails rhocB*.vtk - monomer head densities win files: win* - fields corresponding to densities Free energies: FEs - free energies along the pathway. Each row corresponds to a configuration (ordered the same way as vtk files and fields). The columns are: order parameter (from string method), free energy density, lipid density Input files: input.dat in the input file for that particular run. An updated/evolving version of the code is provided at https://github.com/PolymerTheory/SCFT_string Note that some runs 'fix' the ends of the strings and some contain pathways beyond what is presented in the paper. These steps are useful in obtaining/optimizing the string.
