Coastal Land Air-Sea Interaction (CLASI) Nearshore Winds Dataset
收藏资源简介:
Six densely instrumented, cross-shore arrays from four nearshore land-air-sea experiments conducted from 2021 to 2023 in Monterey Bay, CA, USA, and Destin, FL, USA, represent the observations for describing the nearshore wind field. It was collected as part of the ONR DRI Coastal Land Air Sea Interaction (CLASI) research effort. The dataset includes wind, temperature, relative humidity, and distance from shore. The data are in MATLAB table format. The published paper referenced below provides details about the platforms, their locations, measurement heights, and other relevant information. This dataset was central to the paper's analysis and the development of Gaussian Process Regression models for offshore, onshore, and alongshore winds, and its reference is provided below.
