This study deployed two seabed observation platforms in an estuarine coastal area of eastern China (water depth: 8.3 m), approximately 100 m apart to satisfy spatial sampling similarity criteria while preventing interference between the two systems.. Both platforms were equipped with Nortek Vector Acoustic Doppler Velocimeters (ADVs, operating frequency: 6 MHz) featuring a measurement accuracy of ±0.5 cm/s and resolution of 0.1 cm/s. The ADVs were installed with distinct configurations: the control group (ctrl) adopted an inverted probe configuration to capture undisturbed flow fields, while the experimental group (exp) ad maintained a standard upright probe orientation to expose the sampling volume to wake flow fields generated by platform frames. Continuous synchronized measurements were conducted from 18:00 on 31 July to 13:50 on 03 August 2022 (UTC+8), fully encompass two semidiurnal tidal cycles, thereby acquiring high-frequency three-dimensional flow velocity time series data.The MATLAB file Velocity_ADV.mat stores raw velocity components: eastward (u), northward (v), and vertical (w) axes (unit: cm/s). Data are categorized into two groups by suffix: _ctrl (control group baseline data) and _exp (frame-interfered experimental data), with a sampling frequency of 64 Hz and total duration of 61.7 hours.
