The high-throughput sequencing technology was employed to analyze the community structure and diversity of endophytic bacteria in rice roots, rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil. Through statistical methods such as Pearson correlation analysis and redundancy analysis, the coupling relationship between soil physical and chemical properties, microbial communities and the bioavailability of cadmium and mercury was clarified.
