Enterprise-Level Data on AI Investment Readiness, Governance and Capital Allocation in Czechia

This dataset contains enterprise-level questionnaire and financial data collected in Czechia between 3 and 26 January 2024. The sample comprises 1,000 valid responses from 131 small, 369 medium-sized and 500 large enterprises or holdings .The dataset includes 39 criteria covering organisational readiness for AI investment, corporate governance and internal control, and financial readiness. Questionnaire responses were recorded on a 0–9 scale and normalised to the [0,1] interval. Financial variables include annual turnover, total assets and actual AI investment in Czech koruna.The workbook provides raw responses, a criteria dictionary, processed financial ratios and outputs of a governance-constrained fuzzy capital-allocation model. AI-investment-to-turnover and AI-investment-to-assets ratios were winsorised at the 1st and 99th percentiles and converted into sector–size peer-group ranks.The dataset contains no company names, contact details or direct identifiers. It supports research on AI investment, organisational readiness, corporate governance, fuzzy decision models and capital allocation.
