资源简介:

Dataset Description This dataset contains density matrices stored in HDF5 format. The data is compressed using lossless compression in the zip format - extract the archive to access the original .h5 files. File Format & Structure Format: HDF5 (.h5 files) Data Organization: Files are organized hierarchically by number of qubits, connectivity, and initial conditions type. Each branch contains three data types: Qubit populations All two-qubit density matrix partitions Connectivity per time step Data spans 500 time steps across 100 trials each. Viewing and Analysis Tools: HDFView - Official HDF5 viewer with graphical interface Python: h5py, pandas, numpy libraries R: rhdf5 package MATLAB: Built-in HDF5 support Online viewers: MyHDF5 (web-based HDF5 viewer) NASA Panoply (for scientific data) HDFCloud (online HDF5 browser) Code Availability Python code for generating and analyzing these density matrices is available at: https://github.com/jacksonhenry3/Qnibble (depreciated) https://github.com/UnnatiAkhouri/QuNet (active) These datasets were used in the research paper: Open-systems tools for nonthermalizing closed quantum systems https://doi.org/10.1103/zt7h-fj8w Usage Extract the compressed archive to access the HDF5 files. The density matrices can be loaded and analyzed using standard HDF5 libraries in your preferred programming environment.
