To reveal the key pathways involved in kidney cystogenesis. We performed single nuclei gene expression and ATAC profiling using kidney organoids from ARPKD patients-iPSCs derived organoids. Firstly, we generated ARPKD patient-derived kidney organoids (E17), gene-corrected kidney organoids (C15) and ARPKD KIF3A (E173A) mutation kidney organoids. After 3 days foskolin treatment. Organoids were collected for multiomics library construction and downstream analysis.
