scRNA-seq of the colon tissue in DSS-induced acute colitis

The complex inflammatory response regulatory network constructed by immune cells plays an important role in the occurrence and development of IBD.Neutrophils play a key role in IBD.Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) has emerged as a powerful tool to de?ne the heterogeneity of poorly classi?ed tissue populations and disease-associated cell states. Here we apply scRNA-seq to generate a single-cell map of the colon tissue from mice with ulcerative colitis, and further conducted characteristic analysis of the functional subtypes of CXCR2 and CXCR4 neutrophils . Overall design: Male mice were administrated with 2.5% DSS via drinking water to induce light colitis. scRNA-seq analysis of immune cells in normal colon tissue and colon tissue of mice with experimental colitis.
