采集企业用电的电量数据，分析企业季度平均用电量，通过将企业季度季度平均用电量与企业用户的电量容量的比较，帮助企业了解用电需求、评估用电能力，并指导节约能源和成本控制的决策。1.数据来源 制造业企业用电的用电量数据，包括企业近3个月、近6个月、近9个月、12个月的用电量； 2.数据处理 2.1对收集到的数据进行统计和分析，计算得到分析周期（近12个月）内各季度的用电量； 分析周期内第一季度的用电量=近12个月的用电量—近9个月的用电量； 分析周期内第二季度的用电量=近9个月的用电量—近6个月的用电量； 分析周期内第三季度的用电量=近6个月的用电量—近3个月的用电量； 分析周期内第四季度的用电量=近3个月的用电量； 2.2根据上述数据计算企业近12个月内四个季度的平均用电量。 3.数据应用 通过将季度平均用电量与企业用户的电量容量进行比较，可以帮助企业了解用电需求、评估用电能力，并指导节约能源和成本控制的决策，如果用电量远低于电量容量，表示企业用电能力过剩，资源利用率不高；反之若企业用电量接近或超过电量容量，表示企业正处于用电容量的边缘，需要考虑扩容或优化用电方案。

This dataset collects power consumption data of manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the quarterly average power consumption of enterprises, and compares the quarterly average power consumption with the power capacity of enterprise users, to help enterprises understand their power demand, evaluate their power supply capacity, and guide decision-making on energy conservation and cost control.

1. Data Source
Power consumption data of manufacturing enterprises, including power consumption records over the past 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months.

2. Data Processing
2.1 Conduct statistics and analysis on the collected data to calculate the power consumption of each quarter within the analysis cycle (past 12 months):
- Power consumption of Q1 in the analysis cycle = Total power consumption of the past 12 months - Total power consumption of the past 9 months;
- Power consumption of Q2 = Total power consumption of the past 9 months - Total power consumption of the past 6 months;
- Power consumption of Q3 = Total power consumption of the past 6 months - Total power consumption of the past 3 months;
- Power consumption of Q4 = Total power consumption of the past 3 months;
2.2 Calculate the average quarterly power consumption of the enterprise over the past 12 months based on the above data.

3. Data Application
By comparing the average quarterly power consumption with the power capacity of enterprise users, enterprises can understand their power demand, evaluate their power supply capacity, and guide decision-making on energy conservation and cost control. If the power consumption is far below the power capacity, it indicates that the enterprise has excess power supply capacity and low resource utilization rate; conversely, if the enterprise's power consumption is close to or exceeds the power capacity, it means that the enterprise is operating at the edge of its power capacity and needs to consider capacity expansion or optimize its power usage plan.
