De novo transcriptome analysis of salt tolerant bacterium Staphylococcus sp. strain P-TSB-70 isolated from East coast of India

Abiotic stresses cause enormous risk to agriculture and the environment. It is significant to try to find corrective method in agriculture and aquaculture below normal stresses like salinity for rise in the agricultural yield to meet up the gaining food requirement in future. Therefore, it is essential to build up salt tolerant plant varieties for farming in saline lands. The information attained may be used to identify and clone the salt stress tolerant genes which assist in building up the salt stress tolerant plant as well as fish varieties to improve the agricultural efficiency.
