Transcriptome analysis of immune cells and tumor cells from ITGB8 transfected Lewis Lung Carcinoma tumors from mice treated with isotope control (SV5) or anti-beta8 (C6D4)

The goals of this study are to understand the changes in gene expression in tumor and immune cells as a result of antibody inhibition of the integrin avb8 in a syngenic b8 Lewis Lung Carcinoma (LLC) tumor model. The results provide insights into the changes in various immune cell subsets and tumor cells resulting from integrin-mediated TGF-b activation.
