A distinct neuronal ensemble of prelimbic cortex mediates spontaneous pain in rats with peripheral inflammation

The electrophysiological data from rats with inflammation (CFA model) across different days. The recordings contain multiple epochs with/without spontaneous behaviors (spontaneous pain, self-grooming and movement) and multiple external stimulus modalities. The data were mainly recorded from prelimbic cortex, infralimibc cortex and other brain regions related to pain processing.
