TLPI 02-2018 \r\n\r\nTemporary Local Planning Instrument No. 1 (Waste Activity Area) 2018. \r\nTemporary Local Planning Instrument No. 2 (Waste Activity Regulation) 2018. \r\n\r\nTemporary local planning instruments (TLPIs) set out planning and development assessment policies to protect all or part of a local government area from adverse impacts in urgent or emergent circumstances. A TLPI may suspend or otherwise affect the operation of another local planning instrument, but does not amend or repeal the instrument.\r\n
