PARP1 has been shown to play roles in alternative splicing yet the role of PARP1 in circRNA biogenesis is unknown. Here we determine PARP1’s role in backsplicing. Three conditions, wild type (WT), PARylation inhibition using PJ34 (PARPi), and PARP-1 knockdown (KD), were examined with three replicates per condition.
