This is a transcript isoform expression dataset curated following the preprocessing pipeline in the IsoFormer paper, including training sets for 19 chromosomes, a validation set for chromosome 20, and a test set for chromosomes 21 and 22. Each dataset file contains transcript ID, gene ID, transcript isoform expression levels in 30 different tissues, as well as related gene location and sequence information.
