The data consist of transcriptome profiling performed using the Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Gene Expression Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA), enabling the simultaneous measurement of 20.812 human genes' expression level in a single assay.
Sequencing was conducted on 15 older female subjects; 5 met Late-Onset Alzheimer Disease (LOAD) diagnosis criteria and 10 healthy controls; Data was used to identify hub genes and molecular processes associated with LOAD-related inflammation.
