Transcriptomic profiling of Saccharomyces cerevisiae hybrid strain xylose and/or glucose conditions

This dataset contains RNA-Seq data from a Saccharomyces cerevisiae hybrid strain cultivated under glucose and/or xylose. Cultures were grown aerobically at 30C, and total RNA was extracted after 24 h. The objective was to investigate gene expression changes associated with sugar metabolism and adaptation to different carbon sources. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (paired-end, 150 bp). Raw reads and processed count tables are provided for differential expression analysis and functional annotation.
