Phylogenetic analyses data from the article "Synchrotron X-ray tomography sheds light on the phylogenetic affinities of the enigmatic thylacocephalans within Pancrustacea"

This repository contains the data of the phylogenetic analyses from the paper Synchrotron X-ray tomography sheds light on the phylogenetic affinities of the enigmatic thylacocephalans with Pancrustacea. Two analyses were ran on made with Mr. Bayes 3.2.7a.: one with backbone topological constraints, one without. For each type of analysis), the corresponding folder includes: the matrix with the script and parameters to run the analysis. The file is in nexus format (.nex) the results, which contains the output file of the MrBayes terminal (.output), the Mcmc run diagnostics file (.mcmc file), the parameter statistics file (.pstat file), the model likelihood estimates for each run of the analysis (.lstat file), the maximum posterior probability tree (.con.tre file), the sampled trees and their probabilities (.trprobs file),the specification of clades (.parts file), the tree statistics (.tstat file), the branch length statistics (.vstat file), the trees generated for each run sampled every 1000 generations (.runX.t file), the substitution model parameters sampled every 1000 generations (.runX.p file) The character list is available in electronic supplementary material of the article.
