Replication Data for "Intraflagellar transport of tubulin maintains steady-state axoneme integrity in C. elegans cilia"

The dataset contains the data and the MATLAB scripts associated with the manuscript titled "Intraflagellar transport of tubulin maintains steady-state axoneme integrity in C. elegans cilia". The data are grouped into folders by its type: (1) computer simulations, (2) fluorescence intensity analysis, (3) microscopy images, (4) track analysis, and further into subfolders corresponding to a figure in the article. Each subfolder contains a ReadMe.txt file with details about the data and the accompanying scripts. Data is stored as .csv, .xlxs, or .mat format, and sctipts are written in MATLAB (The Math Works, Inc., R2021a).
