资源简介:
Tibetan barley is the dominant crop that can be grown at high altitudes of 4,200-4,500m above sea level, but its growth and yield are negatively affected by continuous cropping. However, the responses of the bacterial community to continuous cropping in the rhizosphere remains poorly investigated. To address this question, we investigated the bacterial community structure and functional potential in Tibetan barley rhizospheric soil, during the 2-6 years of monocropping. The obtained results can push the boundaries for understanding the effects of continuous cropping Tibetan barley on rhizosphere micro-ecology, provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of continuous cropping obstacles of plants grown at high altitudes.
