The genes Ift88 and Dzip1 are critical for primary cilium biogenesis, the objective this study was to determine the transcriptome changes in Mitral leaflets in these genetic deficiencies. Overall design: Examination of transcriptome changes in in vivo model organism knockout of the gene Ift88 or in the context of a pathogenic Dzip1 mutation.
