Microbial diversity of soil aggregates

Soil microbial community structure and functions are affected by soil aggregation. Few studies have reported how long-term organic substitution management affects microbial communities in different soil aggregates. Here, a 10-year field fertilizer trial was sampled to determine the impacts of organic substitution management and aggregates on soil bacterial and fungal communities.
