2050年中国分省居民主要粮食作物（水稻、小麦、玉米、大豆）消费量预测数据集

数据集为2050年中国各省市居民水稻、小麦、玉米、大豆总消费量，首先利用实证模型推算消费弹性系数，其次利用弹性系数估计居民水稻、小麦、玉米、大豆的人均消费量，最后利用人均消费量与人口数量，估计粮食总消费量。

This dataset covers the total consumption of rice, wheat, corn and soybeans by residents in all provinces and municipalities of China in 2050. It is constructed through three sequential steps: firstly, consumption elasticity coefficients are derived using empirical models; secondly, the per capita consumption of rice, wheat, corn and soybeans for residents is estimated based on these coefficients; finally, the total grain consumption is calculated by combining the per capita consumption values and the local population size.
