Drosophila adult brain template JFRC2 and BrainName painted domains

The adult Drosophila melanogaster brain template and painted neuropil domains that Virtual Fly Brain uses as its primary adult brain coordinate space, served on VFB as JFRC2 (VFB_00017894). template/ holds JFRCtemplate2010, 1024 x 512 x 218 at 0.622088 um isotropic, in NRRD, TIFF, Woolz and mesh form. combinedIndexFiles/ and individualDomainFiles/ hold the BrainName label field (mask dated 2013-08-19) and its per-domain files. refData/ maps index values to FlyBase anatomy ontology IDs. bridging/ holds CMTK warp fields to and from the JRC2018 spaces. Provenance and attribution: the underlying template image was generated by Arnim Jenett and colleagues at Janelia Research Campus as part of the FlyLight project (Jenett et al. 2012). The label field was generated by Arnim Jenett, Kazunori Shinomiya and Kei Ito to the nomenclature of Ito et al. 2014. This deposit packages and versions that material together with VFB's index mappings and registrations; attribution is owed to both papers.
