Antiviral resistance evolution in hypermutator herpes simplex virus

This study investigated antiviral resistance evolution in herpes simplex virus type 1 and aimed to establish a mild hypermutator strain to accelerate adaptive processes. The entry contains longitudinal sequencing samples from populations treated with sublethal antiviral concentrations, as well as end-point samples upon selective changes. Data from single clones are also included.
