Stable water isotope (δ²H and δ¹⁸O) data from samples of rainwater, carbonate spring water, river water and artesian borehole water from the Rovte Region in Central Slovenia. The data were collected every two weeks for a year (August 2022–September 2023). The sampling sites consist of one rainwater, five springs, one river and three artesian boreholes (412–643 m-deep) in a fluviokarst setting. The isotopic analyses of the water samples were performed in the laboratory of the Institute of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland.
