Fixed parameters do not have random effects and this is indicated as NA (Not Applicable), some parameters were estimated at the population level (without random effects), and this is indicated as –. R.S.E. is the relative standard error of the estimate. P-values were computed using the Wald test in Monolix and used to compare the population estimates for covariates.
