Access to Basic Services (ABS) or Access to Public Services (APS) is considered one dimension of attaining household resilience to food insecurity. For this, ABS is a latent variable computed from different directly observed variables. Hence, the data file entitled "ABS" includes directly observed types of public services accessed or utilized by respondents. As the service types are in different measures, the variables were transformed into standard measures using optimal scaling for ease of comparison.#You can get file names on the right side with zccc, zmmen, ...z...as the transformed form the data in the left side.
