Supporting data for "Teacher Management from an Age and Generational Perspective: A Case Study in a Senior Secondary School in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, China"

The dataset contains four folders including documents, interview transcriptions and observation notes conducted in a senior secondary school in mainland China. Documents in the dataset include photos taken at the research site and school/government files. focus group interviews and individual interviews. Two types of interviews were conducted, including 6 focus group interviews and 17 individual interviews. Transcriptions of the interviews are included in this dataset. Additionally, there is also a collection of all the field notes generated through onsite observations.
