Polη-ChIP-seq analysis to investigate genome-wide distribution of Polη in budding yeast. Strains of interest were arrested in G2/M, followed by a site specific double strand breaks (PGAL-HO) induction for one hour. Cells were harvested before and after DSB-induction and proceed to immunoprecipitation. Polη was immunoprecipitated by the C-terminal Myc tag. Untagged strain was included as control.
