Expression profile of hepatocellular carcinoma-matrix interaction

Scirrous hepatocellular carcinoma is a rare type of liver tumor that is charecterized by fibrous stroma, biliary differentiation of tumor cells, and poorer prognosis. In this study, we aim to analyze the efefcts of collagen 1 on signal tranduction pathway activation, gene expression profile, and phenotypic changes of hepatocellular carcinoma.
